The New Cafe & Cantina was created from a simple belief: great food, great coffee, and genuine hospitality have the power to bring people together.

After more than 15 years in the restaurant industry, working with respected restaurant groups throughout Wisconsin and helping open and operate successful concepts, I wanted to create a place that reflected my own passion for hospitality. A place where guests feel welcomed, meals are prepared with care, and every visit feels like part of the community.

Inspired by the flavors and traditions of Milwaukee, Chicago, and Mexico City, The New Cafe & Bistro brings together classic comfort foods, bold flavors, quality coffee, and a warm atmosphere that invites people to slow down and enjoy the moment.
